Duplicate Order Forms

To be sure only Telly winners are able to receive trophies, only the company that entered the winning piece can order an award. If a client or someone who contributed to the piece wishes to order duplicate awards, they must have the permission of the company that entered the piece. You may get the appropriate entry number from the entering company or submit their written permission on company letterhead.
