Entry Requirements
FILM/VIDEO Requirements
- Each entry (including Internet/Online) must be on separate DVD, CD-Rom, or tape (Beta SP, Mini DV, DVCAM, VHS, 3/4") and have an ENTRY LABEL attached to or inside (i.e. in the DVD/tape case) of each individual piece.
- Entries from outside the USA may be in DVD, CD-Rom, VHS, or Beta format in PAL, M-PAL, N-PAL, NTSC, MESECAM, or SECAM.
- You may enter a full program/film or video, or a 5- to 10- minute clip that is representative of the entire piece.
COMMERCIAL Requirements
- All commercials (including Internet/Online entries) must be on one DVD, CD-Rom or tape (Beta SP, Mini DV, DVCAM, VHS, 3/4"). Entries outside the USA may be in DVD, CD-Rom, or VHS format in PAL, M-PAL, N-PAL, NTSC, MESECAM, or SECAM.
- The preferred format for digital files is .mov. However, we will also accept .mpg, .avi, .wmv, and .swf (flash entries CANNOT be entered as executable files - .exe).
- Commercial Entries must be submitted on a separate DVD, CD-Rom, or tape from Film/Video entries.
- All commercials must appear on the same reel and must be in the same sequence on the reel as they do on the playlist that serves as your ENTRY LABEL.
- Each commercial should be clearly titled to match the playlist. Campaign entries (MAXIMUM of 3 pieces per campaign) should be grouped under one title.
